  Configuration of GN HDD/CBM Mud Recycling Equipment:

  1.Mud Recycling Tank

  The mud recycling tank is equipped with various attachments, including walkways, handrails, and mud clean, to facilitate easy access and efficient operation.

  2.Shale Shaker:

  The shale shaker serves as the primary stage of mud recycling, effectively removing solids larger than 100 microns from the drilling mud.

  3.Desander:

  As the secondary phase of mud cleaning, the desander is responsible for separating solids larger than 50 microns, contributing to enhanced mud quality.

  4.Desilter:

  The desilter acts as the third phase of mud recycling, specifically designed to separate solids larger than 20 microns, further refining the mud composition.

  5.Decanter Centrifuges:

  In the fourth phase of mud recycling, decanter centrifuges play a crucial role in separating solids within the range of 2 to 5 microns, ensuring the highest level of purification.
