Hebei GN Solids Control Co.,Ltd. Was established in 2010 and has grown into a leading global manufacturer of separation and conveying equipment. Over the past years,the company has expanded from a solids control equipment supplier to a comprehensive separation technology provider serving the mining,environmental protection,oil and gas,hydrovac excavation,tunneling and various industrial sectors. To meet increasing international demand,GN invested in a new subsidiary named GN Separation Equipment Co.,Ltd. Located in Tangshan,China. Together the two manufacturing bases cover more than one hundred forty thousand square meters and are equipped with CNC machining centers,automated welding lines,balancing machines,large scale testing facilities and smart production systems.

Hebei GN Solids Control Co., Ltd. Was established in 2010 and has grown into a leading global manufacturer of separation and conveying equipment. Over the past years, the company has expanded from a solids control equipment supplier to a comprehensive separation technology provider serving the mining, environmental protection, oil and gas, hydrovac excavation, tunneling and various industrial sectors. To meet increasing international demand, GN invested in a new subsidiary named GN Separation Equipment Co., Ltd. Located in Tangshan, China. Together the two manufacturing bases cover more than one hundred forty thousand square meters and are equipped with CNC machining centers, automated welding lines, balancing machines, large scale testing facilities and smart production systems.
GN has built a complete engineering, manufacturing and quality control system supported by a professional R and D team including mechanical engineers, process engineers and vibration specialists. The company follows strict production standards and has obtained API Q1, API 13C, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications. GN is recognized as the first API certified solids control equipment manufacturer in China. Over the years GN has delivered equipment to customers in more than ninety countries and has completed thousands of industrial projects worldwide.
GN supplies a full range of products. The industrial separation line includes two phase and three phase decanter centrifuges, hydraulic drive centrifuges and disc stack separators. The mining screening line includes linear motion screens, dewatering screens, high frequency fine screens, banana screens, flip flow screens, stack screens and synergistic frequency screens. The solids control line includes shale shakers, drilling mud centrifuges, vertical cutting dryers, mud cleaners, shaker screens, mud agitators and complete mud recycling systems. GN also provides sludge dewatering screw presses, solids vacuum pumps, chemical dosing units and customized separation systems.
GN equipment is widely used in mining tailings dewatering, ore screening and classification, industrial solid liquid separation, municipal wastewater treatment, dredging slurry treatment, hydrovac excavation slurry recycling, petroleum drilling, trenchless drilling, CBM, TBM and piling projects. With stable performance and reliable service GN has established long term cooperation with international drilling contractors, mining companies, environmental service companies and engineering firms.
GN maintains a continuous focus on technology development. The company has developed specialized mineral tailings dewatering centrifuges, high G force shale shakers for drilling, enhanced abrasion resistant screen meshes for mining and PLC based control systems for intelligent operation.
